Lubrication:
● Bearings are supplied lubricated with grease grade 3 lubricant
● Bearings MX-55 through MX-63 can be re-lubricated via a zerk fitting

● -10�C through 80�C ( 14�F through 176�F )

Materials:
● Outer Ring = case hardened steel UNI 20 MnCr 5, Hardened at
60+2 HRc
● Inner ring = hardened steel En 31 - SAE 52100, Hardened at 62-2 HRc
● Rollers = Flat ground heads are hardened steel (Bolt tolerance =
0.05mm)

GENERATING WELDED ASSEMBLY PART NUMBER

The welded assembly part number for a MX53 Combined Bearing and a
MXP-2 Flange Plate is designated as follows:

1Kn = 1000N 1N = 0.2248 pounds force

MX-63 Combined Bearing MAX Static Radial Load = 353 kN
353 kN x 224.809 = 79,357 Lbs.

183 kN x 224.809 = 41,141 Lbs.

NOTE 2: System maximum static load is based upon the use of LM76 non-hardened profile rails
NOTE 3: Rails are provided de-burred, cleaned, lightly oiled and wrapped in VCI paper
NOTE 4: LM76 can provide welded bearing + flange assemblies. The assembly part number is designated as follows: MX-056/MXP-2.
Some bearings do not have a standard matching flange plate, but LM76 can supply custom plates (for any of our bearings).
