Four shaft assemblies support ten
300 ss stainless pillow blocks with
440C linear ball bearings - without seals. Because this is a radioactive environment
( nuclear medicine ), we cannot
employ seals.

LM76 was asked by a customer to
manufacture fully supported stainless
shaft assemblies for an application which is radioactive. The Assembly consists of 4
supported rails and 10 all stainless,
open pillow block bearings.

Our customer chose LM76 because
he couldn't find another company
that would make a 316 SS support.
