One of the largest meat processing companies in the US asked LM76
to design a X,Z axis linear system that was washdown capable and FDA/USDA compliant.

Attached to the Z axis are
cutting saws that take out the
entire rib cage of a steer.

The Z axis is 48" high and the
X axis has a travel of 36".

This system sees highly caustic
foaming agents and debris.
