MCSW Team 2007 Motion Components Southwest is pleased to have many years sales experience and the diversified fields of expertise in our organization. MCSW started in 1994 and have grown to meet the demands of our principle-marketing partners. Here is a short profile of our sales team. John Davis joined MCSW in 1999 and covers south and west Texas along with New Mexico. John’s background includes 16 years with Eaton Corporation. John was also the National Sales Manager for Electron Corporation, a manufacturer of sheaves, pulleys, and castings for 9 years. John has also had some distribution experience in his earlier years in the PT business. John has been instrumental in developing his territory into a viable market for our principle products. Breck Erwin joined MCSW in 2005 and has an engineering background with experience in electrical, aeronautical and mechanical fields. Breck’s experience with Siemens in motor control, industrial automation and man-machine interface will be great addition to our mechanical and electrical expertise in Motion Components Southwest. Breck covers Oklahoma and Arkansas. We are pleased to have him as a member of our experienced and dedicated staff. David Bell has an excellent background in the distribution and representative side of the business. David’s 25 years of experience in the distribution side of the PT business has trained him to handle any challenges required to represent our lines well. David will be covering southeast Texas and south Louisiana. David is living in the Houston area and will be able to give us much better coverage of that important area for our marketing partners. Tom Baker, our newest member, joined MCSW this year and has 20 years in the PT industry. Tom has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Management. Tom has a background in manufacturing, distribution and sales with Fafnir, FMC and Federal Mogul. Bill Hatley, our President has 33 years of experience in the PT and distribution business. Bill was the National Sales Manager for Bando America prior to starting MCSW in 1994. Bill covers north Texas and north Louisiana and lives in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area.
