Our Polymatrix Nuts offer the following

As shown, the Polymatrix material is
poured into a stainless steel shell. The shell
and screw are fixtured while the material is injected.The
Polymatric material sets-up
around the screw threads and cleats to the stainless sleeve.
The screw is given a
quick turn and breaks free. |
