HK Manual Locking Clamps

For use with most manufacturers' rail to brake or lock bearings into a fixed position. An economical
way to manually stop the sliding motion of linear guides.

  • Very simple yet robust design achieves highly effective manual braking.
  • HK manual clamping units are intended for STATIC holding only. Using them for dynamic braking is not recommended and could damage the linear rail.
  • Models available to fit virtually all sizes of linear rail by all major manufacturers:

  • Adapter plate is required in some applications to elevate the height of the brake mechanism to equal that of the bearing/guide.
